Zodiactors Musical Theatre Company

Performing Arts has always been an incredibly popular part of our Zodiac camp program.  In fact, the desire to have kids involved in building their theatre skills and self-confidence on a year-round basis led to the creation of Zodiactors.

Since 2005, Zodiactors has been thrilling budding actors and their enthralled families and friends with an entertaining, educational and confidence building performing arts experience.  The combined performing arts and children’s recreational expertise of the Zodiac Day Camp and its Directors, Rick and Ellen Howard, Groove School of Dance and its Director/Owner, Angela Williams, make Zodiactors the obvious destination for enjoying an unforgettable theatre experience.

Mindful-Yoga-and-Med_1Mindful Yoga and Meditation

Learning to be mindful is learning to be in the present moment and aware of what we are feeling, whether in the physical, mental or emotional body. This class is a gentle exploration of how the body and mind can come together in whatever we are doing. Yoga, breath and meditative practices provide a bridge to unfolding the wisdom and depth of awareness within us, and for making our experiences whole. Excellent for all levels of experience, and also recommended for people with stress and anxiety. Janice Skinner has been a student and teacher of yoga, breath and movement since 1986. She is also a psychotherapist and energy practitioner.
